Vinod Kumar, deputy chairman of the Telangana State Planning Commission and former MP, said there was no response from the people on the padyatra of the prisoner Sanjay. He said that the BJP state president has nothing to say in his padyatra as development is taking place everywhere.

He said that the government does not need to tell anyone what to do in the field of education and medicine. The former MP said, "Before the formation of the state there were 5 medical colleges but now there are 9 colleges and we have four more. Looking forward to setting up a college." Vinod Kumar demanded to be told in Parliament what the prisoner Sanjay had said for Telangana.

He said that the detainees have not brought a single medical college from the center to the state. Vinod Kumar held a press conference on Sunday. Meanwhile, Bandi Sanjay's padyatra has ended with a public meeting in Husnabad on Saturday, while the BJP on Sunday officially announced its candidate in the form of Etela Rajender. Voting will be held on October 30 and the results will be out on November 2.
