Jabalpur: A shocking incident of love jihad has come to light in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. In this case, Hindu organizations along with the girl's parents went to the SP office and protested. However, the Muslim man and the Hindu girl have got married in court. The matter gained momentum after the wedding card went viral on social media on June 7. The police confirmed the complaint and said that the matter is being investigated. 

According to the information given by the police, Mohammad Ayaz (25), a youth of the Muslim community living in Gohalpur police station area, first got married to a Hindu girl Anamika Dubey (22 years) and now both are going to get married according to Muslim rituals. The Hindu girl has been converted to Islam and her name has been changed to Uzma Fatima. In the invitation letter for the marriage on June 7, the girl's name has been written as 'Uzma Fatima'. As soon as the news spread on social media, there was a stir among the girl's family members and Hindu organizations. On Thursday, Hindu religious organizations reached the SP office and raised slogans, accusing the man of luring herto Islam.

The girl's parents, along with Hindu Dharma Sena activists, also reached the SP office, who say that Ayaz Khan, a resident of Gohalpur Amkhera, lured the girl to court marriage. The young man has brainwashed the young woman and converted her. He has alleged that no notice was sent to him by the marriage registration officer as per rules. Chandrika Dubey, the girl's father, has alleged that the Muslim youth used to talk to his daughter by posing as a Hindu. She got married quietly. They were not even informed about this marriage. The family says that the police should investigate this whole matter. Also, an investigation should be conducted against the marriage registrar who got both of them married. However, Additional SP Priyanka Shukla says that the girl's family has complained. The police will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
