- 1 cup water (to make a solution of manda)
- Oil (to fry)
Method of making jalebi- First of all, to make jalebi chashni, put sugar, water, turmeric, saffron and cardamom grains in a pot and put it on the gas to warm up. After this, when the chashni is well prepared, take it off the stove. Now put maida and desi ghee in a pot and mix it well with your hands.
After this, when the ghee is well mixed in the maida, add water to it and make a solution. Now when the solution is well prepared, put the solution in the jalebi mould. After this, add oil to fry jalebi in a pan and heat it. Now when the oil is hot, fry it by making jalebi from the solution added to the mould. At the same time, when the jalebi is well fried, put it in the chashni and serve it hot with curd.
