Amritsar: Border Security Force (BSF) in Punjab has piled two intruders on the Attari border. Weapons have been recovered from them. Since then, a search operation has been carried out around the area. The police of Jammu and Kashmir have given information that an encounter has started between the militants and security forces in Baba Khalil of Gund Baba Khalil of Anantnag on Thursday.

They have told that in this encounter a local terrorist of terrorist organization Hizbul Mujahideen has been arrested in an injured condition. In the injured state, the terrorist has been admitted to the hospital. According to media reports, the incident along the Attari border in Punjab is on Thursday morning. Terrorist infiltration attempts have been thwarted by the security forces.

According to the sources, the incident took place on Thursday 17 December. Since then, the Border Security Force (BSF) has declared the entire area as a high alert zone. Due to dense fog in the entire area, the army is facing problems in the search operation, but military officials say the operation will continue till the valley is terror-free.
