Srinagar: Security forces in South Kashmir have killed 4 terrorists in two separate encounters on Sunday. First the security forces killed a terrorist in Shopian district. After this, three terrorists have been killed by security forces in an encounter during a search operation in Jadibal, Srinagar.

First, a terrorist was shot dead by army personnel in the Lakirpur area of the Army in Shopian district of Kashmir. Other items including an AK-47 rifle have been recovered from it. At the same time, joint security forces have stacked 3 terrorists in Srinagar. It is being told that the three terrorists killed were involved in the killing of two BSF jawans near Pandav Chowk in Srinagar on May 20 during Ramadan.

Local police and security forces conducted a search operation in search of terrorists in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. This operation was conducted in Jadibal area of Srinagar. Security forces received intelligence that 2 to 3 terrorists are hiding in this area. According to the latest information, the army has killed three terrorists and the search operation has ended. Police and security forces have cordoned off the area and search of vehicles passing through the neighborhood is being searched. Apart from this, searches were done in residential locations. Two to three terrorists were feared to be hiding in a house.
