Dhanbad: In the meantime, another case has come to light from Jharkhand as a number of cases have been reported from the country day in and day out. Yes, in fact, bike-borne criminals hurled grenades at a car showroom on GT Road in Dhanbad, Jharkhand on Monday. Barwadda police station in-charge Suman Kumar told media persons that a car parked in the showroom premises was damaged in the accident.

Two criminals riding motorcycles wearing the same face mask threw two grenades at the showroom and fled. Dhanbad City Superintendent of Police (SP) Ramkumar, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Manoj Swargayari, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Amar Kumar Pandey and officers in charge of Barwadda and Govindpur police stations reached the spot and launched an investigation.

Police officials also said that the actions of the culprits have been captured on CCTV cameras and investigations are on. Showroom owner Deepak Sanwaria told reporters that he had received a threatening call from a notorious gang member two weeks ago. Six months ago, the same gang members demanded money from him and threatened to kill him if he did not pay. Deepak Savaria and his brother Sunil have been given security guards by the district police administration. The same case is now being investigated continuously by the police.
