Kolkata: Before the assembly elections in West Bengal, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) wants to leave no stone unturned to strengthen its political roots in Bengal. In this sequence, BJP chief JP Nadda will reach Bengal today. Earlier, JP Nadda flagged off BJP's Parivartan Rath Yatra from Naudip on 6 February. This is the second Bengal tour of Nadda within the last three days.

After reaching Bengal, JP Nadda will visit Tarapeeth temple at 12:30 in the afternoon. After this, he will flag off the Parivartan Yatra at Chillar Math. At two in the afternoon, Nadda will garland the statue of Bama Khepa. Once again at four in the evening, Nadda will flag off the Parivartan Yatra in Jhargram. At 4:30 in the evening, he will garland the statue of Sidhu and Kanu and will address a public meeting in Jhargram at 5:15 pm.

In an effort to win over TMC in the election, the BJP is continuously sending many of its veteran leaders in Bengal. PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah have already visited Bengal. It is being told that after JP Nadda's visit, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will also reach Bengal on 10 February. On 12 February, Union Minister Smriti Irani will also reach Bengal. Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath will also reach Bengal tour. He will be on a tour of Bengal on 13 February.
