New Delhi: After West Bengal, BJP national president JP Nadda is now to visit Maharashtra. The political mercury in the state is getting hot. Nadda will be on three-days tour to Maharashtra from December 18. He will meet party officials in Mumbai.
JP Nadda's visit is significant in many ways, as ahead of his visit, Union Minister Raosaheb Danve Patil had recently claimed that the BJP could come to power within two-three months in the coming months. In Maharashtra, the clamour for regime change has once again intensified. Former CM Devendra Fadnavis also commented on Union Minister Patil's statement. When the media questioned Fadnavis's claim of forming BJP government in Maharashtra, he replied that when the Maharashtra Vikas Aghadi government collapses, the swearing-in ceremony will take off at the right time. This time the oath will not be taken in the morning.
Earlier, JP Nadda has returned from a visit to West Bengal. During the visit, there was political turmoil. Nadda's convoy was pelted with stone. Now all the eyes are at BJP President J P Nadda's visit to Maharashtra.
