From young to the veteran stars of the industry, several of them shared great bond with SPB. And Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan, too, shared a great rapport with the singer.

And today, as fans and colleagues from the film industry remember the singer on his birth anniversary, Kamal shares an old black-and-white photo of himself with the singer at a recording studio. While sharing the photo, the veteran actor also pens an emotional note. He writes, "Today is SBP's birthday. A thousand memories run through the mind (translated to English)." And the actor mentions about the famous song sung by SPB, 'Unakkenna Mele Nindraai', from the film 'Shimla Special' with Kamal Haasan and Sripriya in the lead roles.

On the work front, Kamal Haasan will next be seen in 'Vikram', which is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Meanwhile, the veteran actor's long-pending project 'Indian 2' has been put on hold since the accident on its sets last year. And the pandemic seems to have further delayed the project.
