New Delhi: BJP leader Kapil Mishra, who raised funds for Kanhaiyalal after his brutal killing in Rajasthan's Udaipur district, transferred an amount of Rs 1 crore to his family on Wednesday (July 6, 2022). At the same time, Kapil Mishra has said that he will meet the family of Umesh Kolhe of Amravati tomorrow and hand over assistance of 30 lakh rupees to them. At the same time, he also promised to join the legal battle ahead.

The BJP leader has given this information through two separate tweets. In the first tweet, Kapil Mishra wrote, "One crore rupees given by you has reached┬аthe account of Kanhaiyalal Ji's wife.'' Kapil Mishra also shared a screenshot of the money transferred along with his tweet. In another tweet, Kapil Mishra informed about the grant of assistance to the family of Umesh Kolhe of Amravati, Maharashtra and wrote, "I will meet Umesh Kolhe Ji's family in Amravati tomorrow. We are giving Rs 30 lakh assistance to his family. They will always stand together in the legal battle.''

Both Kanhaiyalal and Umesh Kolhe were killed by radical Muslims for supporting suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma. Both cases are being investigated by the NIA. Meanwhile, on Saturday, when Kapil Mishra reached to meet Kanhaiyalal's family, he announced an assistance of Rs 1 crore to him after meeting his family. During this time, Kapil Mishra had also met the son of the deceased along with his wife and sisters. During the nearly 20-minute meeting, Kapil Mishra said that Kanhaiyalal's sacrifice cannot be forgotten, but by helping him, the burden on his family can be reduced.
