Kiara Advani grabbed all the limelight by her bold role in lust stories which advocates women’s pleasure and women’s need. On the show, Karan talked about one of Kiara’s initial films of Kiara, Lust Stories, which was directed by him. He said, "Who can actually attribute an entire second innings to an orgasm?" and then remarked, "Only you.". Kiara added, "But with your help."
Karan further added, “That abundant love you got, that was actually the origin of, is lust. It is amazing. I really had to direct this film in this anthology. There was Zoya, Dibakar Bannerjee, Anurag Kashyap—all making their movies, and I was the last one. I was doing many things, and I hadn't been able to shoot it. Suddenly, the story came about and I wrote it. And I was like, This story is going to be tough to cast because this girl pretty much has an open orgasm in this."
To this Kiara said, " I think she has done a really good job." Karan also revealed that he offered the role first to Kriti Sanon and said, " I had offered it to Kriti Sanon and she said that her mom didn’t allow her."
