Ayodhya: Swami Govind Anand Saraswati, president of the Hanumat Janmbhumi Teertha Kshetra Trust makes the announcement about the tallest statue of Hindu Lord Hanuman. It will be in Karnataka's Bellary district in Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya on Tuesday just after two days of Diwali. The statue will be 215 m tall and the budget decided is of cost Rs 1,200 crore. 

The president of Trus said the Lord Hanuman statue will be the tallest statue of the deity across the world and will be constructed at his birthplace Pampapur Kishkindha in Bellary. The funds for the statue will be collected through a nation-wide Rath Yatra.

He also promised an 80 feet rath for Ram Janmabhoomi which will be built at a cost of Rs 2 crore over the next two years.
