The encounter is rising between Jammu-Kashmir and the terrorists. During the time of snow in the valley, the attacks were increased by the terrorist and now even when the weather is changed and is back to normal then too the encounter is going on by them. Due to all this, the Administration has warned and instructed people to stay away from the encountered places. Apart from all this, there is curfew commanded in 3 km range and in 3 districts.

The Army Chief General Vipin Rawat also said that ‘’If any person from our state will stoned against the terrorist then that person will be considered as ‘’ANTI-NATIONALIST’’ and along with this strict actions will be taken. Many instructions have been given to the people of Srinagar, Budgam and Shopian by District Administration that people should not make a crowd and come forward and should also not come out of the area.

Significantly some are against the statements of Army Chief General Vipin Rawat, on the other hand, the Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar is supporting him for his statements which are given for the safety of the people.
