Last month, #Me Too movement had gained momentum in India after actress Tanushree Dutta accused Nana Patekar for sexual harassment and filed a complaint against him. Under #MeToo movement many women shared their ordeal and accused the many popular celebrities including Vikas Bahl, Alok Nath, Kailsah Khar and many more. The movement gained a huge suppor from everyone in the industry.

Under this movement, Model and actress Kate Sharma also had filed a complaint against filmmaker Subhash Ghai. In her notice, she had mentioned how he asked her to massage him and while she did it for a minute or two, she made an exit to the washroom and he followed her there. He then asked her to come to his room saying he wanted to talk to her about something, and then, he tried to grab her and kiss her and hug her.

Now according to latest, kat Sharma has now withdrawn her case, and this happened four days ago. In the notice to the DN Nagar police station,model wrote that she wants to withdraw the complaint Kate said that she is fed up of the way the case is progressing and since her mother is not well, she would rather take care of her than seek justice for something that happened to her.
