When Anupama reads the note, she discovers that Toshu has abducted Arya and that he plans to treat her the same way Kinjal kept her away from him in the past. Vanraj, Samar, and Dolly follow Anupama as she runs for the door, and she tells them about Toshu's behaviour as they get there. He couldn't have gone that far, she says, so they should go check. As Vanraj and Samar leave in another car to look for Toshu, Anupama drives off in her vehicle. Anupama calls and informs Toshu that Arya was abducted; she expresses hope that he will be found quickly. Arya is brought up when Bapuji, Baa, and Kinjal return home. Despite Neela passing by and Baa asking where Pari is, Rakhi lies and claims to be with Neela (Arya). Kinjal begins to worry when Neela reveals that she is not with her. Anupama visits a temple and offers a prayer in an attempt to contact Toshu.

When she sees Arya's toy, she texts Samar to ask him to meet her at the temple, telling her that Toshu is nearby. Upon hearing that Toshu had abducted Arya, Kinjal sobs and becomes alarmed. As Kinjal demands retribution from Rakhi for failing to keep an eye on Arya and calls Anupama in tears, Baa reassures her that Toshu won't hurt her. Consoling her is Anupama. Vanraj replies that he cannot face Toshu when Samar tells him not to be concerned. When Kinjal begins to sob, Kavya reminds everyone of how deplorable Toshu has become out of annoyance. Rakhi gets angry and challenges Baa, asking how she can still stand up for Toshu after everything he did. Anupama sees Toshu in the park with Arya and hides, fearing that he might flee. She then proceeds cautiously. Baa defends Toshu while blaming everyone for bringing him to such a low point. When Samar and Vanraj arrive at the temple and call Anupama, Anupama tries to slink up behind Toshu. When Toshu is startled, he turns around and is shocked to see Anupama.
