KL is handling the wicketkeeping responsibility: In January, Australia cricket team visited India to play ODI series. In the very first match, wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant, retarded by Pat Cummins. After this, captain Virat Kohli handed over the wicket-keeping gloves to KL Rahul and Rahul fitted himself as a wicket-keeper batsman in the team after a great wicketkeeping. After this, when the Indian team went on a tour of New Zealand. So there too, in Kohli in limited overs cricket, keeping Pant out of the playing eleven, gave KL the wicketkeeping responsibility.
