Kurdish militants have issued statement-they are responsible for the twin bomb attacks in Istanbul that was triggered outside a soccer stadium in order to take revenge from Turkish government. The attack has killed 38 people and 155 wounded around.

The attack was to target the police officers. The Kurdistan Freedom Hawks (TAK) own the attacks gave a statement on their website saying, "We were behind Saturday night's blasts, which shook a nation still trying to recover from a failed military coup and a number of bombings this year.”

Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said that, "Turkey's allies should show solidarity with it in the fight against terrorism, a reference to disagreements with the United States over the fellow NATO member's policy on Syria. Washington backs the Syrian Kurdish YPG in the fight against Islamic State. Turkey, meanwhile, says the militia is an extension of the PKK and a terrorist group."

Islamic State group has been backing such attacks in Turkey so as to target security, economic, and media houses.
