Lucknow: The difficulties of Ashish Mishra, accused in the Lakhimpur violence case (Lakhimpur Kheri violence) that erupted during the Farmer's agitation, seem to be mounting. CJIM court has ordered the imposition of section 307 on all the 13 accused including Ashish Mishra. Meaning now Ashish Mishra will be investigated under section (307) of attempted murder.

The Lakhimpur CJM Court granted 307 attempts to murder, 326 dangerous weapon injuries, 34 one opinions, and 3/25/30 arms act, or misuse of a licensed license, against all the 13 accused, including Ashish Mishra.  State that the officer investigating the case had requested the court CJM impose stringent sections. It has now been approved by the court.

The investigating officer had filed a petition seeking removal of sections of culpable homicide not amounting to murder (304A), negligent driving 279, and 338 causing serious injury to all the accused, including Ashish Mishra. At the same time, Ashish Mishra was asked by the investigating officer for permission to impose section 307 of an attempt to murder, Section 326 of causing injury with dangerous weapons, 34 incidents by several persons for the same purpose, and arms act 3/25.
