Patna: The meeting of the National Executive of RJD was held on Thursday. In the meeting held in Patna, Lalu Prasad Yadav appeared in his old attitude and style. He attacked the opponents a lot. Lalu Prasad claimed that no party has a bigger position than the Rashtriya Janata Dal. Claiming the history of Rashtriya Janata Dal to be a struggle, he said that we have never compromised on principles for the sake of the government. Lalu Prasad's sons Tej Pratap Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav and elder daughter Misa Bharti were also present in the meeting of the National Executive chaired by Rashtriya Janata Dal supremo Lalu Prasad.
After the meeting, it was informed that on October 11, a meeting of the National Council of the Rashtriya Janata Dal will be held in Delhi, in which the national president will also be selected. Talking to the media, RJD leader Abdul Bari Siddiqui said that the membership drive will be launched from February 11. He said that the party members will be made in all the states.
In the meeting, Lalu Prasad attacked Nitish Kumar, saying that prohibition in Bihar is a complete failure. He said that law and order in Bihar have completely failed. On the upcoming elections to the 24-seat Bihar Legislative Council, Lalu said that most of the people in the local body have come to the RJD, so in this election, we will win 80 per cent of the seats.
