Kabul: Qatar, a country that supports the Taliban with open arms, is currently very displeased with the organization. A top Qatar diplomat has said that the Taliban's attitude towards girls' education is disappointing and will push Afghanistan back further. He also said that if the Taliban really have to run an Islamic regime in their country, the Taliban should learn from Qatar.

Qatar's Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani held discussions with European Foreign Policy Chief Joseph Borel at a news conference and termed the ban on girls' education in Afghanistan, including several issues, as disappointing. He said the kind of steps that have been taken in Afghanistan recently are unfortunate. It is very frustrating to see that these are some of the steps that could lead Afghanistan far behind in the path of development.

Let's say Afghanistan has been in turmoil in the past few days since the U.S. army's exit, and Qatar has helped Afghanistan a lot at this sensitive time. Qatar had assisted in handling Kabul airport operations. In addition, thousands of foreigners and Afghans had also cooperated in the evacuation of this country.
