Lucknow: Preparations for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya are being done. It is proposed to organize Ram Janmabhoomi Pujan on 5 August. The work of constructing the grand Ram temple will also start. In the Bhoomi-Poojan, all other things have been specially taken care of. The sand of Gaya Phalgu river will also be used in the foundation stone of the Ram temple.

Five silver bricks will be used inside the sanctum sanctorum of Ram temple. According to Hindu beliefs, these five bricks will be in the form of five nakshatras. It is believed that Lord Shree Rama was born in Abhijeet Muhurta, keeping in mind the time of Bhoomi-pooja has also been fixed. Lord Rama is also related to the world-famous Moksha Bhoomi Gaya, hence the sand of the sacred Phalgu river is also being used in the construction of the temple.

It is said that Lord Rama along with his brother Lakshman and Sita did 'Pind-Daan' for the salvation of the soul of father King Dasaratha on the banks of Falgu. And this is the reason why the sand of the Phalgu river is being used in the temple of Lord Rama going to be built in Ayodhya. The head of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad in Gaya, Archak Purohit head Premnath Taiya, has said in his statement that he received information that in the construction of the temple in Ayodhya the water of the seven seas, the water of all the religious rivers of the country, the soil of the major shrines and the Phalgu river Sand is to be used.
