New Delhi: The budget session of Parliament is going to start from Friday. The budget session of Parliament will begin with President Ram Nath Kovind's address. The President's address will start from 11 am on Friday. Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has inspected the preparations for the session on Thursday. Due to Coronavirus epidemic, the budget session to be held twice this time will start from January 29. This time the budget will be presented on 1 February. The first part of the Parliament session will end on 15 February, while the second part will run from 8 March to 6 April. The Congress has come out in front of other opposition parties against agricultural laws. In this direction, taking a historic step, he has decided to boycott President Ram Nath Kovind's address to be held in Parliament on the first day of the budget session of Parliament.

Congress has alleged that agricultural laws were forcibly passed in Parliament in the absence of opposition. This will be the first time that the opposition parties are targeting the President's address to their politics. This is when other opposition parties under the leadership of Congress have been accusing the Bharatiya Janata Party government of breaking constitutional institutions.
