Mumbai: Corona in Maharashtra is once again showing its vicious form. As per the recent information received, the State Government has announced some relaxation in corona restrictions in districts of Maharashtra where cases of coronavirus infection are continuously declining. Malls and gyms have been allowed to be opened in those districts. At the same time, the opening hours of the shops have also been extended. Under the information received, the relaxation in restrictions will not be applicable to 11 districts where more cases are still coming up. These districts are Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, Pune, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Solapur, Ahmednagar, Beed, Raigad, and Palghar.

On the other hand, the decision to relax restrictions in Mumbai and its suburbs and Thane has been left to the local administration. Let me tell all of you that shops and shopping malls in districts where restrictions have been relaxed will be open till 8 pm five days a week. Moreover, all shops except essential commodities will remain completely closed on Sunday. The restaurant will also be able to eat food by 4 pm on five days of the week with a capacity of 50 percent, though the food will be packed and taken away. At the same time, parks and playgrounds have also been allowed to be opened.

Let me tell you that government and private offices in these districts have been allowed to be opened with full capacity. In addition, the Government also says that work from home should continue as far as possible. In addition, gyms, salons, and beauty parlors can open with 50 percent capacity but they will have to keep AC closed. All this can also remain open for five days till 8 p.m. and till 3 p.m. on Saturday. However, they will remain completely closed on Sunday. Now talk about cinema halls including multiplexes and they will remain closed till further orders. At the same time, the places of worship will also remain closed.
