Bangladesh find themselves in a insecure position as they prepare to face India in the fifth T20I of the Nidahas Trophy Tri-series on Wednesday. Following their record-breaking victory against hosts Sri Lanka in the previous match, complacency is something the Bangladesh cricket team is looking to avoid. Bangladesh scores their highest total in the T20Is format.

"We needed that win and the desire really drove everyone starting from the players, the support staff and team management," Mahmudullah reflecting on their win in the last game. “We believe in our ability. We have taken a step in the right direction. Now we want to move on with the positives towards the next match," added.

Mushfiqur Rahim blasted an unbeaten 72 off 35 balls to guide Bangladesh to a sensational five-wicket win over Sri Lanka last Saturday. After their record 215-run chase against Sri Lanka and a win against India will reinforce their chances of making it to Sunday's final. A loss might mean they will go into the last game against Sri Lanka hoping for a repeat performance.

Bangladesh (Probable): Mushfiqur Rahim (wk), Tamim Iqbal, Mahmudullah (c), Rubel Hossain, Sabbir Rahman, Soumya Sarkar, Nazmul Islam, Liton Das, Abu Jayed/Ariful Haque, Mustafizur Rahman, Mehidy Hasan
