Kolkata: Political battle intensified even before the assembly election dates were announced in West Bengal. The state has become a battleground between the Mamata government and the central government. After a two-day visit by Union Minister Amit Shah, West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee appeared in a fiery tone on Monday. CM Mamata Banerjee on Monday held a press conference and attacked the central government. Mamta Banerjee said that the central government is misleading the public. The central government is spreading lies in the state.

CM Banerjee accused the Union Home Minister Amit Shah of lying. He said that the Home Minister is moving around with a bundle of lies. It does not suit them to lie on this post. CM Mamta Banerjee said that the central government is promoting falsely to win the election of Bengal. Ravindra Nath Tagore and Jana Gana Mana are being disrespected, it is not an insult to Tagore and Jana Gana Mana, it is an insult to the people of West Bengal. Only when the right time comes will the public answer it.

At the same time, CM Mamata Banerjee once again reiterated her reference to the Citizenship Amendment Act and the National Citizenship Register (NRC). Mamta said we are against CAA and NRC. Will keep opposing it. No one needs to leave the country.
