New Delhi: Politics has started in the painful train accident that happened 5 days ago in Balasore, Odisha. Holding Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav responsible for the accident, the opposition is constantly demanding his resignation. At the same time, the Railway Board has recommended a CBI inquiry to bring out the truth of this whole matter. After which today i.e. on Tuesday, a CBI team reached the accident spot and started investigation. Meanwhile, some leaders of the opposition and some former railway ministers have come out to oppose the CBI probe.

Let us tell you that on Tuesday (June 6) the CBI has officially started the investigation of the Balasore train accident in Odisha. Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav had informed on Sunday (June 4) that the Railway Board has recommended a CBI inquiry into the triple train accident in Odisha's Balasore district. About 280 people lost their lives and more than 1,100 people were injured in the accident that took place on June 2. Ashwini Vaishnav had also told that the root cause of the accident and the people responsible for it have been identified. At the same time, the Railways has told the PMO that the Railways feel that all this has been done deliberately or by someone who knew everything about the point. Railway officials on Monday (June 5) said that their preliminary probe has found clear evidence of tampering with the electronic interlocking system. The railway official said that there would be more revelations in this regard in the CBI investigation.

At the same time, former Congress national president Rahul Gandhi has sought the resignation of Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav over the accident. Congress National General Secretary Jairam Ramesh has also attacked the government for conducting a CBI inquiry. Ramesh has said that the CBI inquiry has been announced in the Balasore train accident even before the report of the Railway Safety Commissioner. This is nothing but headline management. Although the Railways itself has recommended a CBI inquiry, yet opposition leaders are opposing it. Congress National President and former Railway Minister Mallikarjun Kharge, CM Mamata Banerjee and Pawan Kumar Bansal have criticized the Central Government for conducting a CBI inquiry into the train accident.

CBI will investigate that who is behind this accident, who executed the accident, or what caused the accident? Has it been executed under a pre-planned conspiracy? Let us inform that, in this painful accident, more than 280 people have lost their lives and more than 1000 people have been injured. Now the government is working day and night to find out who is responsible for the death of so many people. PM Narendra Modi has also said that the harshest action will be taken against the culprits.
