Ranchi: The outbreak of corona epidemic still remains constant in the country, whereas in Jharkhand, there is a continuous decline in the cases of corona. After which the state government has made a big announcement. In view of the decrease in the cases of corona virus, for the first time in 17 out of 24 cities, schools have been allowed to open from class one. There are seven districts where at present approval has been given to open schools for classes 9 to above. Such districts include Ranchi, Dhanbad, Jamshedpur, Seraikela, Simdega, Deoghar and Chatra.

The same decision was taken in the meeting of Jharkhand State Disaster Management Authority held under the chairmanship of CM Hemant Soren on Monday evening. State Health Minister Banna Gupta informed about the decisions taken in the meeting. He said that approval has also been given to open gyms, clubs, parks, stadiums and cinemas across the state. Sports activities in the stadium can be conducted without the absence of the audience. A maximum of 200 people will now be allowed to gather in marriage programs, whereas earlier only 100 people were allowed to gather.

Along with this, orders have been given to open all the government offices of the state with 100 percent manpower. All colleges and coaching institutes can also be opened now. Similarly, Anganwadi centers will also open regularly. However, shops will be able to open only till 8 pm. Schools have been allowed to conduct the examination both online and offline. The minister said that if the cases of corona increase, then restrictions will be imposed again.
