Mayawati urges SC to ensure strict action in Unnao rape case survivor's accident

Lucknow: BSP supremo Mayawati has alleged conspiracy in the Unnao rape victim case. Mayawati said, "The accident in Rae Bareli of the Unnao rape victim's car appears to be a prima facie plot to kill her, in which two victims have died. The victim and her lawyer are being seriously injured. The apex court should take into action against the culprits and ensure strict action against the culprits.

Samajwadi Party (SP) National President Akhilesh Yadav has also demanded a CBI probe into the road accident with Unnao rape victim. On the other hand, the Congress has also demanded a CBI inquiry into the matter. Congress General Secretary Priyanka Vadra said, where did the CBI probe in the case reach? Why are the accused MLAs still in the BJP? Why negligence in the safety of the victim and witnesses? Priyanka Vadra said, without answering these questions, can there be any hope of justice from the BJP government?

On the other hand, the Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh has said that the state government is ready for a CBI probe into the Rae Bareli case if the Unnao rape victim wants to. Two people were killed in the incident and the victim and her lawyer were seriously injured.
