The Home Ministry has issued guidelines on the lockdown issued by PM Modi. This instruction is an appendix issued to all ministries and departments. In this, the operations related to fishing, hatchery, feed plants, commercial aquaria, fish / shrimp and fish products, fish seed / fodder etc. and workers associated with these activities have been relieved from the restrictions of lockdown.
Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus across the country, lockdown has been implemented so that the process of Corona can be stopped. But, the government has ordered to continue the supply of all essential items including food items. However, in view of the increasing cases of corona in the country, some states have identified areas where 6 or more corona cases have been reported. A full curfew has been implemented in such areas. After the Uttar Pradesh government, the Delhi government has also taken this decision.
For your information, let us tell you that the number of corona infections is increasing continuously in the country. In view of this, the central government implemented a lockdown for 21 days across the country. The duration of which is to end on 14 April. However, many state governments have recommended extending the lockdown period. Due to this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a video conferencing with the Chief Ministers of the states on Saturday. However, the Odisha government extended the lockdown period in the state to 30 April.
