Shimla: All-party meeting was organized in the office of the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly in view of the upcoming monsoon session on Thursday. The meeting was chaired by Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar. The meeting discussed the 10-day monsoon session to be organized from September 7 to 18.

Vice President Vipin Singh Parmar urged all ministers and all MLAs to come to the assembly only with one of the personal assistants or PSOs. Due to the session, doctors and paramedical staff will be appointed in the assembly premises. If the temperature od the members found increased, they will be sent to the dispensary in Isolation. The chairman said that people with symptoms of cold and fever should not attend the assembly sessions.

570 starred, 288 unstarred questions have come from MLAs for the Question Hour session. The MLA has also sought discussion under rules 62, 101 and 103. There will be a question hour on the lines of the Parliament. On the media's question, President Vipin Singh Parmar said that the ministers and MLAs will not come into the house without a test.

They will have to undergo thermal screening. Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Bhardwaj, CPI (M) MLA Rakesh Singha and Independent MLA Hoshiar Singh were present in the all-party meeting. Vice President Vipin Singh Parmar said that everyone has given the approval to run the ten-day session. All security arrangements have been made.
