Mumbai: Union Minister Narayan Rane has been in the news since he made derogatory statements about Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. You must be aware that he was also arrested in this case. He was granted conditional bail by the Judicial Magistrate of Mahad in the same case. Rane was ordered to appear before the Alibaug police on August 30 as per conditional. Narayan Rane will appear before the NCP at Alibaug police station today.

In view of all this, police security has been beefed up in Alibaug. Recently Union Minister Narayan Rane used abusive language while commenting on Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray during his party BJP's Jan Ashirvad Yatra. At that time, after his controversial statement, there was an uproar across the state. Yes and shiv sainiks had registered a case against Rane in several districts of Maharashtra. In view of all this, Rane was arrested by ratnagiri police, though Rane had made the statement in Mahad, so the Mahad police brought Rane and produced him before the Mahad court.

Rane's bail was then granted in a hearing before the court of Mahad Judicial Magistrate Babasaheb Sheikh but some conditions were attached to the bail grant. In fact, the court has ordered Rane to appear at the police station twice a month. At the same time, the court had also stipulated that they would not make such statements further. In these conditions, he was asked to appear before the Alibaug police on August 30 and now Narayan Rane is appearing before the NCP at Alibaug police station today.
