The Supreme Court will again hear the bail plea of former Finance Minister P Chidambaram. He is undergoing the INX Media money laundering case. Let me tell you that the Supreme Court had adjourned for November 27 to hear the petition challenging the order of the Delhi High Court by former Finance Minister P Chidambaram. The Delhi High Court refused to grant bail by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the INX Media money laundering case.

He argued that Chidambaram is 74 years old and has been in jail for more than 90 days. Earlier, on November 15, the Delhi High Court dismissed Chidambaram's bail plea. The court said that prima facie the allegations against them are serious and they have played an active and important role in the crime.
