The Delhi High Court has expressed its displeasure over the identity of the woman, taking a strict stance in the murder of a female doctor after the gang rape of the Telangana capital. During the hearing on a PIL on Wednesday, the Delhi High Court has issued a notice to all the respondents.

According to the media report, the PIL filed in the court has claimed a gross violation of Section 228-A of the Indian Penal Code by individuals and media institutions by publishing a detailed report on the identity of the deceased victim and the four accused in the Hyderabad gang rape case.

Regarding the matter, the petition has said that the rules have been violated by various online and offline portals. The court has issued a notice to the Government of India by December 16, seeking information about various media groups. A case of cruelty came to light with a female doctor. The four accused were gang-raped by the returning home doctor and then killed. After this mass rape and murder, there is an atmosphere of anger and sorrow all over the country. The phase of picketing and demonstrations is going on in many states including Delhi, the capital of the country.
