A new twist has come in the case of the murder of a nursing student in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The post-mortem of the body was conducted to re-examine the case. Earlier, the Supreme Court had ordered the CBI to get the case investigated. The CBI started a re-investigation on the matter in January 2019. Significantly, the girl's body was found in her hostel. The Supreme Court sentenced the accused Satyam Babu to life imprisonment. This incident is in the year 2007.

On Tuesday, the autopsy was done again in this sensitive case. In the year 2018, after the Supreme Court's order, CBI was ordered to investigate the mystery of this terrible crime. Please tell that the body of a 19-year-old student was found in his hostel on the night of 27 December 2007 in Vijayawada. After this, the girl's family members alleged that all the evidence of raping and killing her daughter was erased. The family members of the student filed a petition in the Supreme Court. In his petition, he alleged that his relatives, ministers and his friends were involved in the murder of his daughter.

After this in his statement, in the year 2008, the police said that Satya Babu has been arrested for stealing the phone. One who has accepted his crime. After the investigation, the women's court sentenced the accused to death on 10 September 2010 in Vijayawada. On this matter, the High Court ordered an inquiry into the case. Not only this, the state government also constituted SIT to investigate this case. When the investigation of this case could not be done properly in the SIT, the High Court ordered the CBI to investigate the matter. After this, the CBI registered cases against many people while investigating this case. At the same time, the family of the girl student appealed to investigate this case under the Andhra Pradesh Disha Act.
