2 medium-sized potatoes

1/4 cup tight dough

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp mint leaves

Himalayan Salt (Rock Salt)

3 tablespoons oil

Recipe :

First, put the bananas and potatoes in the pressure cooker and after that cook them for three whistles or ten minutes. Do not panic in this process because our aim is to cook them in such a way that they become very soft and they can be mashed well. After that take them out of the cooker with hot water and leave it to cool for some time. After some time, peel the potato and banana peels and put them one by one in a big pot. Then mash the boiled potatoes and bananas with a spoon or potato masher. After this, add all the spices written in it in turn and add the flour of casserole and mix them well and make a good mixture. After this process, lubricate your palms and make this mixture little by little. Now put the pan on the gas and put oil in it and after the oil is hot, place these pieces one by one in them. Cook them on low flame for 8-10 minutes and after that turn them over and then cook them till they become light golden. Once cooked from both sides, take them out on a plate.
