A three-day awareness campaign in Delhi will be launched by Union Health Minister Dr. Harshvardhan Singh. Harsh Vardhan will run to prevent mosquito-borne diseases next week. During this period, they will visit people's homes and inform them about mosquito-borne diseases. People will be told that mosquito larvae should not remain in their home.

Recently, the Health Ministry has informed that the monsoon is likely to enter north India, including Delhi, soon. This is how Union Health Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that the government is not in a position to do so Harsh Vardhan held a meeting with superintendents of several hospitals including Delhi Health Minister Satendra Jain, AIIMS, Ram Manohar Lohia. NDMC officials attended the meeting, which discussed the prevention of chikungunya, dengue and malaria and gave necessary guidelines to prevent these diseases.
