Kashmir Terror Funding Case: NIA claims, 'Gautam Navlakha had link with many NGOs'

New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has claimed major revelations in the case of Terror funding through NGOs in Jammu and Kashmir. The NIA says that there have been clues for funding through NGOs in Urban-Naxalite and Kashmir. NIA sources say that in the charge sheet of Bhima Koregaon case, Gautam Navlakha's connection with NGO funding Kashmiri Terror has been revealed.

NIA sources claim that Gautam Navlakha and J&K Coalition of Civil Society (JKCCS) NGO's Coordinator Khurram Parvez have revealed many links. According to the agency, several meetings were held between Gautam Navlakha and Khurram Parvez. It is noteworthy that during the raid on Khurram Parvez's bases on October 28, many important documents were found. NIA sources have claimed that Gautam Navlakha and human rights activist Swati Seshadri were also in touch. The NIA also raided the sites of human rights activist, Swati Seshadri, in Bengaluru on 28 October. Swati has close ties to NGOs, JKCCS and Athrot NGOs, besides Parvez Bukhari and Khurram Parvez.

According to the NIA, the charge sheet of Bhima Koregaon case Gautam Navlakha has links with Naxalites as well as ISI, Pakistan's intelligence agency. At present, the NIA is investigating the Urban-Naxal link in the case of Terror funding through NGO in Kashmir and there will be many revelations in the coming days.
