Jammu: NIA raid 16 places in Jammu and Kashmir. Action is underway at Kulgam, Baramulla, Srinagar, Anantnag. The action is said to be taking place in cases related to Voice of Hind and TRF. According to media reports, the National Investigation Agency has raided 16 locations in Jammu and Kashmir in connection with the publication of 'Voice of Hind' magazine (aimed at instigating and radicalising influential youth) and recovering IED.

In fact, five common people have been killed in Kashmir in the last two days. Concerns are once again being raised about rising terrorism in the Valley. It is being said that recent incidents are causing fear among individuals. It may be recalled that Pakistan is making new efforts to spread terrorism in India. Pak has been trying to spread fear since several terror attacks failed. On the lines of Europe's lone-wolf attacks, terror groups are trying to target non-Kashmiris, especially Hindu-Sikhs, with the help of hybrid or part-time terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir.

Five civilians were targeted in such attacks in the same last 48 hours. The resistance group had taken responsibility for the killing of the principal and teacher last Thursday. It is called the mask of Lashkar-e-Taiba. Taking serious note of these hybrid panic scares, the Home Ministry had a meeting with IB and other top officials including Ajit Doval. According to statistics, 28 innocent civilians have been killed so far this year.
