New Delhi: Hearing has been completed in Patiala House Court in Delhi on the petition banning the death warrant of the four criminals in the Nirbhaya case. After debate on both sides, the judge reserved the verdict. Justice will give its verdict after lunch. Meanwhile, the high voltage drama of convict Akshay Kumar's Punita Devi was seen outside the Patiala House Court.

The hearing of the case was going on in the court. Punita Devi fell down on the street outside the Patiala House court complex. According to the news of ANI, the woman fainted crying. Let us tell you that the wife of convict Akshay has also filed for divorce in the family court of Aurangabad, Bihar. In the filing application, Akshay Thakur's wife said that she cannot live as a widow, so she should be divorced. Akshay's wife says that this will cost him his entire life as the widow of a rapist.

Akshay's wife has written in the petition that my husband is innocent, in such a situation, I do not want to be his widow, so she should get divorce from her husband. Punita has filed a divorce case under the Hindu Marriage Act 13.2.2. Punita has written in the application filed in the court that although her husband is innocent but she is guilty from the point of view of the court. According to the law, the wife of the rapist can get a divorce because she is not ready to live as a widow.
