Bhopal: Voting will be held for the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh next month, in which less than a month is left. Meanwhile, the administration has accepted the resignation of Deputy Collector Nisha Bangre. After the resignation was accepted, the former IAS officer has announced to contest the elections. Nisha wants to contest assembly elections from Amla seat. It was being said that Congress could make him a candidate. However, after the delay in accepting his resignation, the party has fielded Manoj Malve in the election contest. Bangre came into the news after she resigned after not getting leave to attend the inauguration of the house.
Nisha Bangre said on Wednesday that she wants to be a part of democracy. She said, 'I will definitely contest the elections. I have always said that I want to be a part of democracy. Being a part of the legislature is also a part of it. Therefore, I will definitely contest the elections. I will fill the nomination form. When asked whether he had given some other reason while resigning. On whether you had decided to contest the elections then, Bangre said, 'I had given the reasons in writing at the time of resigning. I was not allowed to attend the inauguration of my house. When I found out the reasons in the last three-four months, I came to know that all this is happening due to political reasons. I always want that there should be good order in this country. The system is made by officials and public representatives. I became an officer and took a look. If the political intention is good then officials can also do good work. That's why I have decided that I will go to the legislature. I will fight against the injustice that has happened to me so that such injustice does not happen to anyone else.
People always wanted to make me a public representative: Nisha continued her point by saying, 'Where my house was about to be inaugurated, there was going to be an all-religion prayer. Since I have been in that area (Amla) for the last five years, my postings there have been between 2018 to 2021. I have been among the people. People's affection has been with me. The people there saw me as an option even then. That's why I was being transferred from place to place again and again. Because the honorable person there was facing problems. From that time onwards people wanted me as a public representative. I was not able to reach that decision because I have no family background. I am learning slowly. Never been a part of any political party.
