New Delhi: BJP has now opened a front against loudspeakers installed at religious places in Delhi due to noise pollution. Delhi BJP unit chief Adesh Gupta has said on Tuesday that noise pollution is at its peak in the capital. We have written a letter to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for this. Due to this people get sick and children have problems in reading. When loudspeakers are being removed from religious places in other states, why is the Delhi government not taking action on this issue?

Gupta further said that many states have decided to remove loudspeakers from religious places and the public has welcomed the decision. The Delhi government should also think seriously on this and take a decision soon. We have written a letter to CM Kejriwal yesterday urging him to remove loudspeakers from religious places. As per the Supreme Court guidelines, even the Bombay High Court states that loudspeakers are not a part of any religion.

Let us inform that, BJP MP Pravesh Sahib Singh Verma has written a letter to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, Anil Baijal and the municipal corporations, demanding action on the lines of the UP government to remove loudspeakers or control the voice from those religious places, which are in this regard. Violating the orders of the top court.
