After which the form is going to go for approval. After getting the approval, biometrics of the visitor is going to be done. After that smart cards will be provided to the visitors. That means to get smart you may have to go through three stages.

Barrier will open with smart card: To enter the audience gallery inside the Parliament, smart card will have to be tapped, after which biometric check is going to be done. Only then will the barrier installed at the gate be opened, after which entry inside will be possible. After coming out of Parliament, smart cards will have to be submitted. If a person does not submit the time card, then that person will automatically go into the blacklist, after which he will never be able to enter the Parliament again.

Smoke attack took place on December 13: Reports say that on December 13 last year, there was a smoke attack in the House during the winter session of Parliament. Two persons named Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan D had jumped from the viewing gallery during zero hour and entered the house. During this, they blew yellow smoke and also started shouting slogans. This sudden incident created an atmosphere of panic in the House. However, the MPs caught him and handed him over to the security personnel.

Smoke attack also took place outside the Parliament: On December 13, around the same time, Amol Shinde and a woman named Neelam Devi released yellow smoke outside the Parliament complex and raised slogans that dictatorship will not work. The security personnel also caught them and handed them over to the police.
