The process of online application for admission in more than 31 military schools across India is starting today, October 20. The process of admission in Sainik Schools in Class 6 and Class 9 for the academic session 2021-22 will be done through All India Sainik School Entrance Exam (AISSE) 2021. The ceremony of AISSEE 2021 will be performed by the National Examination Agency (NTA). All such parents who want an admission of their children in Sainik Schools will be able to apply online from today by visiting the official portal aissee.nta.nic.in created by NTA for AISSEE. According to the recent AISSE 2021 schedule and notice issued by NTA on 14 October, online application for All India Sainik School Entrance Exam 2021 can be done till 19 November. The entrance examination for admission in 6th and 9th classes will be conducted on 10 January 2021.

For admission in class 6, the age of the student should be between 10 years to 12 years as on 31 March 2021. For girls, admission in class 6 will be given in all military schools. For admission in class 9, the age of the student should be between 13 years to 15 years as on 31 March 2021. Parents desirous of applying for All India Sainik School Entrance Exam 2021 will have to click on the registration link to be made available on the home page after visiting the examination portal.

After that, the information sought on the new page can be filled and submitted and applied. There are a total of 33 military schools across the country under the Ministry of Defense. Sainik Schools are English Medium Residential Schools that prepare cadets for admission to the National Defense Academy and the Indian Naval Academy and other training academies.
