Jaipur: The result of RAS (Rajasthan administrative service) examination in Rajasthan has been canceled by the High Court. The court has also asked to re-release the results of RAS prelims exam 2021. Actually, marks were also given on wrong answers to the questions asked in this exam. Along with this, the High Court also rejected the expert commentary report of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission.

Let us inform that, yesterday itself, CM Ashok Gehlot, while issuing a letter to the agitating students to increase the date of Mains examination, said that the examination will be held on the scheduled time. Former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot came in support of the agitating students and his close MLAs Ved Prakash Solanki and Mukesh Bhakar supported the students by visiting the protest site in Jaipur. It is noteworthy that the prelims exam was held on 27 October 2021 for the RAS recruitment on 988 posts by the state government. Its result came on 17 November 2021. The commission had qualified 20,102 candidates for the mains exam.

After the order of the court, now the commission will have to issue a new result, only after which the mains exam can be conducted. There is an atmosphere of happiness among the students due to this decision. Students had been demanding for a long time to extend the date of the Mains exam, while CM Gehlot was adamant on conducting the examination on time. The revised result of the prelims exam will now be released soon on the official website of the commission.
