Jallikattu ban: O. Panneerselvam said, 'ordinance sent to MHA'

The protest against the Tamil Nadu's famous bull taming sport is still continuining by the citizens in the state. Today, the Chief Minister of TN, O. Panneerselvam said he has seeked legal advice on the ban of Jallikattu issue and draft of ordinance has been sent to the Home Ministry.

He said that "The Tamil Nadu government has sent a draft amendment to MHA this morning and he believe the draft would be approved in 1-2 days which will pave way for Jallikattu."

Yesterday, the CM met with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the matter. While, Singer and Composer AR Rahman tweeted that he will fast and support Jallikattu.
