Jabalpur: In Madhya Pradesh too, the new variant of Corona, Omicron, seems to be spreading panic. In fact, the reason for this is a woman who came to Jabalpur from the African country of Botswana on 18th November. It is said that this has created a stir from Jabalpur to Delhi at present. As per the information received in the case, the woman had come to Jabalpur on an Air India flight from Delhi but is now nowhere to be traced. Officials are now said to be looking for the woman and a helpline number has also been issued to trace the woman.
According to reports, administrative officials and the health department were on alert last Sunday. Meanwhile, tension prevailed when he came to know that Khumo Orimet Selin had come to Jabalpur from Botswana on November 18. The health department has now started looking for her. And all guest houses and hotels have been raided, though nothing has been detected about the woman so far. Air India has been spoken to about Khumo Orimet Selin. Air India is said to be able to share details of passengers travelling with it today. After receiving information about this, the health department will contact all the passengers and take their samples.
A sample of Khumo Orimet Selin is also said to be sent for genome sequencing. However, last Sunday itself, the health department issued an alert seeking help from people to inform the woman.
