Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) strongman and former minister Azam Khan's troubles are increasing continuously. A case has been registered against him in Rampur for making another objectionable statement. According to the police, a complaint has been received with the audio that on November 29, Azam Khan was campaigning for SP candidate Asim Raja. During this, Azam made a derogatory statement about women. After this statement, there is a huge resentment among women towards Azam. A case under Sections 394B, 354A, 353A, 505, 504, 509, and 125 of the IPC has been registered against Azam Khan.   

According to the report, on November 29, Azam Khan, while addressing an election rally, had made an objectionable statement that if I had done this in four governments (during SP governments), then the child would have asked before coming out of the mother's stomach, should come or not. Accusing the Yogi government of the state, Azam said that I have made a mistake, I am a criminal, I have done a deal of heart, and whatever got with love, became theirs. 

Azam Khan has already been sentenced to three years in jail in the hate speech case. A fine of Rs 6,000 has also been imposed on him. However, the court has also given Azam immediate bail along with the sentence. A case was registered against Azam under three sections. Azam has been convicted in all three cases. But even after this, Azam Khan is unable to control his tongue and another case of controversial statement has been registered against him.
