Shimla: On the seventh day of the monsoon session of Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha  On Tuesday Opposition Speaker Vipin Singh sat on a dharna outside the chamber before the House began. Then work on the Benami property case was stopped and sought to renegotiate the adjournment motion under Rule 67. After the Speaker's remarks came in the House, the Opposition walked out of the House when he said that he could decide the talks.

This attitude of the Congress MLA party was condemned by CM Jairam Thakur and Parliamentary Affairs Minister. He said that the opposition is doing this only to make news. Subsequently, the Question Hour was started in the absence of opposition. Before the commencement of the proceedings of Seventh Day, the Leader of Opposition, Mukesh Agnihotri, the Leader of Opposition, sat on a protest outside the chamber of Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar.

The Congress MLA also alleged that the government was suppressing the voice of the opposition. The media is also being pressured not to publish the news. Even inside the House, discussions are not being taken by the opposition. The speaker then called the opposition members in and talked to them. On coming out, Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri told the media that the voice of the opposition in the House was being suppressed. The discussion inside is being removed from the proceedings. The media is also being pressured not to do it publicly. That is what war has wrought on it.
