Satyanarayan Maharana, a resident of Ganjam, has prepared the statue in just an hour. He claims to be the world's smallest wooden statue of Ram.
Satyanarayan Maharana, a resident of Ganjam district of Odisha, is famous for making small idols. He is also a sand artist. Now that the festival of Ram Navami is being celebrated, he has built the smallest statue of Lord Ram. He told the media that it took only an hour for the statue to make. The height of the statue is also only 4.1 cm. On the occasion of Ram Navami, he also wished him all the best. He said, "I wish you all a happy Ram Navami. Stay at home and avoid corona. Worship at home. Don't get out of the houses".
The first time that Satyanarayana has made the smallest statue of a God. Earlier, on the occasion of Shivratri, he had also erected the smallest statue of Lord Shiva. On Shivratri, he had made small idols of Lord Shiva and Shivlinga with wood and stone. He had made a statue of 5 mm from wood and 1.3 cm from stone. Also made a 7 mm Shivlinga from stone and 3 mm shivlinga from wood.
