There are many stars in Bollywood who could not show anything amazing in films, then they turned to the web series. This includes Manoj Bajpai. Actor Manoj Bajpai says that 'digital is a' fair 'and' democratic 'platform, where the audience does not discriminate between big and small banners. The OTT platform should remain as it is.

He said in a conversation with a website, "I have been screaming for years that the box office does not define the quality or merit of cinema. There is no place in the industry for short films. Movies are considered to be good. I hope that the OTT platform will always remain that way and not go the path that cinema theatre owners and traditional producers have taken." Manoj Bajpai's new film 'Bhonsle' has recently released on Sony Live. Manoj feels that OTT is the ideal platform for such a short film.

He said "This is fantastic for a film like 'Bhonsle'. Watching a short film like this will not get as many viewers in the theatre as on an OTT platform. However, we did it in theatres in April but I think it was better to release on the OTT platform." He also revealed about his character in the film, "My character is of Ganpat Bhonsle, who is cut off from social activities. He does not like the way of society and is very angry inside." Manoj is an excellent actor and he has also played strong roles in many Bollywood films.
